这个梗是借马化腾在员工大会上的舞蹈手势吐槽腾讯会员充钱制度的。
充八万梗的来源
腾讯公司的总裁马化腾在腾讯2018年度员工大会上和张小龙等一众高管跳了一段非常魔性的舞蹈，里面马化腾经常比一个“八”字和招呼“来”的手势，腾讯玩家结合腾讯的心悦会员3级（成为心悦会员3就可以在游戏里为所欲为）需要累充8万，解读这段舞蹈为马总喊你“来，充八万”。因此就有了“充八万”的爆笑梗，不过这个只是网友们的搞笑理解而已啦。
本来bgm是《创造101》，被抖音网友换成了《beutiful Smile》，节奏更强，并且歌词听起来还挺像中文的“充八万”，因此马总的视频和《beautiful smile》都火了。
